We make reasonable efforts to ensure farm listings are accurate and up to date. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currentness of any listing information including products available, pricing, share sizes, farming practices, processing details, or fulfillment options.

Farms are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide. If you find incorrect information on a listing, please let us know through our contact page.

No endorsement

A farm’s presence on FieldToKitchen does not constitute an endorsement or recommendation by us. Listing order is not based on payment or sponsorship. We encourage buyers to do their own research, ask questions directly, and make purchasing decisions based on their own judgment.

Reviews

Users may submit reviews on farm listings. By submitting a review, you agree that your review is based on your genuine experience, is truthful and not misleading, does not contain abusive, threatening, or defamatory language, and does not violate any applicable law.

We reserve the right to remove reviews at our discretion, including reviews that appear fraudulent, abusive, or unrelated to the farm being reviewed. We do not verify the identity of reviewers or the accuracy of review content.

Intellectual property

The content, design, and code of FieldToKitchen are owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute site content without permission, except for personal, non-commercial use such as saving a guide for your own reference.

Farm names, logos, and images belong to their respective owners.

User conduct

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months prior to the claim.

Farm submissions

If you submit a farm for listing, you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of that farm, the information you provide is accurate, and you consent to the information being displayed publicly on the site.
